4500 漲了快 12.5% (怎麼沒人來調查 XDD ) </p> <p> 如果家裡的人出動去吃 7大 3小 ,, 平均一個人就要 450ntd 了 ... </p> <p> 所以 moire 提議乾脆來吃服務好的餐廳 &nbsp;.. </p> <p> 這次選的是陶板屋 ～ 剛好大家都沒吃過 </p> <p> 想說西堤跟王品擔心老爸、老媽吃不習慣就選了陶板屋 :D </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> 原本是想隔天搭十點的纜車過去九族，玩一玩再搭回來就不用把車開上去了 </p> <p> 早上還可以很優閒的去騎個<a href="http://blog.segaa.net/blog.php/1/post/122/1355" target="_blank">日月潭逆行</a>&nbsp;, 結果民宿老闆說不太建議這樣 </p> <p> 說搭纜車人潮多，而且十點營運到下午四點 九族是早上九點就開園可以玩到五點 ~ </p> <p> 而且如果下午天氣不好有雷陣雨就會取消覽車運作 &nbsp;|=Orz&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 21:00-之後 高雄師範大學和平路大門對面 </div> <div> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 每週六公休 </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　網誌圖文版：http://www.wretch.cc/blog/rt009211/12065657 </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　就在高雄前鎮區三多路上的一條小巷弄，隱藏著一間不為人知的低調小店，老闆是一 </div> <div> <div> 位年過七十的阿伯，老闆低調到不是很愛讓別人來採訪，要不是朋友告訴我這裡有間隱藏 </div> <div> 版的小店，我還不知道原來在我常經過的這條路線上，隱藏著一個獨特美味-雞蛋沙拉臭 </div> <div> 豆腐，如此的低調風還吸引了非凡大探索前來採訪，這天剛好被我們遇到了， </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　阿伯雞蛋沙拉臭豆腐民權路跟三多路交叉路口附近的小巷子，要不是友人告知還不知 </div> <div> 道在這小巷子內竟然有著特別的臭豆腐，而阿伯除了在這賣臭豆腐之外，晚上九點過後就 </div> <div> 會移到和平路與同慶路口(文化中心側門、高師大附近)處賣臭豆腐，如果太晚來的朋友可 </div> <div> 以到文化中心去堵阿伯， </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　阿伯雞蛋沙拉臭豆腐約於五點才開店，而這天才五點多就有些人排隊等著買雞蛋沙拉 </div> <div> 臭豆腐，雖然阿伯的扛棒列了不少食物，不過現在只有賣雞蛋沙拉臭豆腐而已，但請記得 </div> <div> 阿伯每週六是休息時間，因為他都趁禮拜六出去外地遊玩，是個會享樂生活的阿伯，因為 </div> <div> 我就有次禮拜六來的時候撲空， </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　雞蛋沙拉臭豆腐的做法是把臭豆腐煎過之後打蛋再炒，這種做法的臭豆腐是絕無僅有 </div> <div> 我也是頭一次吃到，阿伯本來是賣炸的臭豆腐，因為炸臭豆腐太臭往往引起鄰居的反彈， </div> <div> 所以就賣起改良版的雞蛋沙拉臭豆腐， </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　把臭豆腐煎成微焦狀態，此時阿伯的秘密武器要出場了，一個可以將臭豆腐大卸八塊 </div> <div> 的利器XD， </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　阿伯的武器就是這自製臭豆腐切割器，一般店家都是將炸好的臭豆腐用刀子慢慢切， </div> </div> <div> <div> 但是阿伯直接用這切割器直接就可以將每塊臭豆腐切碎，而且這樣也方便炒臭豆腐， </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　切完臭豆腐之後再打個蛋，接著就是炒臭豆腐，炒完之後臭豆腐就可以上桌享用了， </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　然而臭豆腐上桌之後還沒結束，因為還要加上泡菜、醬油膏再淋上沙拉才叫真正的雞 </div> <div> 蛋沙拉臭豆腐，而這些泡菜醬料都是想加多少就加多少低，那紅色的不知道是辣椒還是甜 </div> <div> 辣醬，這我就沒有試了， </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　步驟1，將臭豆腐裝盒，我們這天點的是大份50元的臭豆腐，可是臭豆腐的量滿到便 </div> <div> 當盒都快裝不下，份量十分多， </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　步驟2，淋上醬油膏，要加多少就加多少，不過我只淋一點點嚐試增加一些風味而已 </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　步驟3，加上泡菜，要加多少就多少，小份35元、大份50元，泡菜就可以隨便加，阿 </div> <div> 伯真的是在做身體健康的，臭豆腐份量大就算了，泡菜還能隨便加，真的非常大心， </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　步驟4，淋上沙拉就完成了這道雞蛋沙拉臭豆腐，臭豆腐的口感因為不是用炸的，而 </div> <div> 是又煎又炒，所以口感比較沒那麼酥而且反而比較有軟嫩的感覺，泡菜酸度不高，不過我 </div> <div> 會覺得如果泡菜太夠味的話也許會跟沙拉衝突，所以我倒覺得還好，而雞蛋臭豆腐、泡菜 </div> <div> ，醬油膏跟沙拉調配起來感覺我覺得十分契合，那滋味非常特別，不過跟一般的臭豆腐口 </div> <div> 感差異很大，就不知道是不是所有人都能接受了，但還是可以來這試試特別的雞蛋沙拉臭 </div> </div> <div> <div> 豆腐， </div> <div> <br /> </div> <div> 　　這就是阿伯的廬山真面目，雖然阿伯人很低調，但是其實阿伯人很好的，只要跟他攀 </div> <div> 談他都會願意跟人聊天，阿伯早期是在做麵包起家，所以除了賣臭豆腐之外也有賣糕餅， </div> <div> 吃慣了一般的臭豆腐，不訪可以來吃吃絕無僅有的雞蛋沙拉臭豆腐。 </div> <div> <br /> </div> </div> tag:blog.segaa.net,2011-06-21:1333 [遊記] 我在墾丁天氣晴 - day2 沙灘小酒館 2011-06-21T19:42:12+08:00 2011-06-21T19:42:12+08:00 2011-06-21T19:42:12+08:00 原本排定行程 第二天： 睡醒吃早餐 &rarr;
